Each school cluster in the district was invited to participate in the celebration of 250 years of Independence. Our cluster selected Friday, April 17th as our celebration day.
We have invited our community to help us paint our town red, white, and blue by proudly displaying their flags alongside us.
Tomorrow, all students and staff will wear Red, White, and Blue. We will talk with our students about the significance of the 4th of July.
At 1:15 PM, we will exit the building together. At 1:25 PM, students will wave their flags, place their hands over their hearts, and sing or hum the National Anthem as it plays over the speakers. At 1:30 PM, the bell will ring, and students will be dismissed for the day.
